Then it was March

So March is here, and it only seems two minutes ago that I was doing my week in pictures in February! I’ve been v busy so blogging has been put on the back burner; it should be even more so now with a portfolio to finish and an essay to begin, oh well.

March bought with it some more cold weather despite it being boiling last year… and I will still try and wear summer clothing. This was for a coffee date with some girls I hadn’t seen in a while… my feet suffered.Image

March also bought with it some antiques!! I went to the Derby Antique Fair held at derby college, and who was there but the crew of Bargain Hunt, I kid you not. I nearly died walking around stall after stall of antique and vintage jewellery.. I wanted e v e r y t h i n g. However I had no money, which was probably something of a blessing in disguise.

I did purchase this lovely little bird charm, and a retro ring… from Avon in the 60’s! Who knew?

I’ve had a few hand me downs this month already, everyone is clearly doing their spring cleaning ready for their summer wardrobe. Here’s a personal favourite, which brightens up any dreary Monday morning.

Last but not least, TAPAS. Me and my Mum had a lovely dine-in night that consisted of french loaf, olives and parma ham. It was amazing, Mayday however turned out to be a bit of a shambles.
